PARABELLUM
Live render of the Parabellum Digital Twin: a translucent human body model with HRV, heart rate, and SpO2 readouts on a holographic disc.
The Digital Twin

The Twin sees what you can’t.

A live model of your body — running, recovering, repairing — in one place. Every signal from every device, fused into a single picture you can read at a glance.

What it is

One model. Every signal.

The Twin is a continuous picture of your physiology. Heart, lungs, nervous system, recovery, training load — every signal from every wearable, fused into a single model that updates in real time.

Not a chart. Not a dashboard tab. A model. One that the agents running on your behalf consult before they make a decision.

It runs on your device. It belongs to you.

How it learns

Every device. Every minute.

The Twin pulls from three streams in parallel. Raw signal in, fused on-device. No middlemen, no batch sync, no end-of-day rollup. The model is current to the last heartbeat.

01 / Biometric

HRV, resting heart rate, SpO₂, body temperature, sleep stages, respiratory rate — pulled raw from Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, and Health Connect.

02 / Behavioral

Training sessions, missed workouts, calendar load, screen time, travel, meals logged — the actions that move the signal.

03 / Contextual

Time of day, location, ambient temperature, altitude, time-zone shift, illness flags — the conditions the body is operating under.

What it does

It acts before you ask.

The Twin doesn’t wait for a command. It runs alongside the agents in your operating system, watching the model, calling the shot when conditions cross a line you set. You see what it did, and why, every time.

Predicts.

Strain before the workout. Drift before the deadline. The Twin flags risk hours, not days, ahead.

Schedules.

Recovery windows on your calendar. Rest days when training load demands. No prompt required.

Adjusts.

Mission load when readiness is low. Wake-up time when sleep was broken. Caffeine cutoff when HRV says so.

Negotiates.

With your coach agent, your schedule agent, your comms agent. Speaks for your body when you can’t.

Records.

Every adaptation, every regression, every cycle. The Twin is your medical history without the clipboard.

Reports.

What changed. What it changed to. Why. One read in the morning, one read at night. Audit every call.

The loop

Sense. Predict. Act. Learn.

A four-stage loop running on your hardware. Closed by default. Open by design.

01
Sense.

Pulls signal from every device, every minute. HRV, sleep, motion, heart rate, oxygen, temperature.

02
Predict.

Runs the model against your baseline and your goal. Flags drift before it becomes a deficit.

03
Act.

Calls the agents that move on your behalf. Schedules recovery. Adjusts mission load. Updates the brief.

04
Learn.

Records what changed and what it changed to. Closes the loop. Tomorrow’s prediction is sharper than today’s.

Privacy & ownership

Your body. Your model. Your keys.

The Twin runs on your device. Biometric data and the model derived from it stay local. Parabellum servers see neither, and we have no path to read them — no plaintext, no shadow copy, no analytics pipeline.

You bring your own model keys — Anthropic, OpenAI, or a local runtime. Predictions and decisions go through the provider you choose, on the budget you set.

Delete the model in one tap. Export it as JSON the same way. The Twin belongs to one person, and that person isn’t us.

Roadmap

Software now. Hardware next.

The Twin ships with the wearable you already own. Native sensors arrive in wave 2. Honest dates, public progress.

Side profile of the Digital Twin, translucent and skeletal, foundational form against a dark backdrop.
  1. Q2 2026

Twin v1 ships with Parabellum OS

Software-only. Reads from Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, Health Connect. Local model, local fusion, local storage.

  2. Q3 2026

    Agent integrations widen

Sleep model upgrade. Recovery scheduling agent. Calendar-aware mission dispatch. Coach agent reads Twin state directly.

  3. Q4 2026

    Multi-device fusion + open MCP

Drop-in MCP server exposes the Twin to any compatible client. Team and partner views — opt-in, key-gated.

  4. Q1 2027

    Hardware partnership, wave 2

Native sensor lane: chest strap, optical wrist, pulse oximetry. Higher-fidelity HRV and continuous HR for backers who want it.
